   This selection is a medium to dark roasted single origin Nicaraguan from the Jinotega Region. It is Fair Trade and Organic. This selection is not too dark, just inside the 2nd crack, with a sweet balance and naturally light acidity. The small family owned farms of this area high in the mountains of Nicaragua produce a wonderful crop that has never failed to impress us here at Bull Mountain Coffee.
